Privacy notice for this assessment funnel
This notice covers the Alligri-powered DPDP Exposure Analysis experience operated by 7Unit Softwares. It is a just-in-time notice for readiness answers and business contact details — not a substitute for the full site privacy policy.
Who we are
7Unit Softwares (“we”, “us”) operates this funnel. For privacy questions or grievances related to this experience, email hello@7unit.tech.
Purpose and lawful basis
We process assessment answers and contact details to generate your preliminary exposure profile, contact you about the Executive Exposure Analysis, process payment when you choose to proceed, schedule the session, and keep records needed for accounting or legal obligations. Contact consent is required for result generation and follow-up. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in separately.
What we collect
- Organisation and operational readiness answers you submit
- Business contact details (name, work email, phone, company, title, website)
- UTM / ad click identifiers when present
- Payment and booking metadata when you pay and schedule
- Invoice details you provide (buyer type, legal name, GSTIN, billing state)
- Consent records (type, notice version, timestamp, hashed IP)
How your data moves here
Browser → encrypted application endpoint → Alligri assessment database → authorised 7Unit team → payment provider / calendar only when you choose to proceed → analytics / ad measurement tools only when you grant optional cookie consent
Cookies and optional measurement
Essential storage remembers your cookie choice and runs this funnel. Optional analytics (Plausible and, when configured, Google Analytics) and marketing (Meta Pixel) load only after you Accept or save those preferences in the cookie banner. Reject non-essential keeps assessment, payment, and booking working without those scripts. You can change preferences later via Cookie settings in the footer.
Processors and cross-border transfers
Depending on the step you take: hosting/database for assessment records; Razorpay for payment; Cal.com for scheduling; Resend for transactional email; Plausible and (when configured and consented) Google Analytics for analytics; Meta Pixel for advertising measurement when you grant marketing cookie consent. Processors act on our instructions for this funnel.
Some processors may store or process data outside India (for example cloud hosting, email, payments, or scheduling). Where that occurs, we rely on contractual and organisational safeguards appropriate to this funnel, and only share what is needed for the step you initiate.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, or withdrawal of consent for this funnel by emailing our contact below. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Retention
Assessment and lead records are retained for approximately 365 days unless a longer period is required for a paid engagement, accounting, tax invoice records, dispute handling, or legal obligation. Payment provider records follow their own retention rules.
Security
We use HTTPS in transit, access-limited team review of leads, and hashed IP storage for consent events. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we take reasonable steps appropriate to this funnel.
Children
This funnel is intended for business contacts acting for organisations. We do not knowingly solicit personal data of children through this experience. Assessment questions about children’s data refer to your organisation’s processing, not collection of a child’s data here.
Grievance redressal
Write to hello@7unit.tech with the subject “Alligri privacy / grievance”. We aim to acknowledge and address complaints within a reasonable period. You may also have rights under applicable law to escalate to the Data Protection Board of India once the relevant mechanisms are available.
